2. This dress doesn’t include any accessories such as gloves, wedding veil and the crinoline petticoat (if these accessories show on the pictures).

3. Since computer screens have chromatic aberration, especially between CRT screen and LCD screen, we can not guarantee that the color of our products will be exactly the same with the photographs you saw.

4. Custom made service is offered including size, color and party modify .Any color and any size offer you can choose from our color chart, while it may need extra fee if the change is very special. Usually custom-made dress according to your order quantity needs 7-20 business days

5. All the dresses will be made as over 90% -95% similar as the picture, if you request 100% same as the picture, please do not make payment.

6. If you need it urgent, please inquire us the urgent fee and choose UPS.

7. If you are concerned about the return policy before placing the bid, please read our return policy carefully at the bottom of this page.

8. The taxes are charged by your country, so we will not take care of them. But if you have any suggestions, we do try our best to lower down such cases. Thanks for your co-operation and understanding.

Return Policy and Feedback

For All We Know ordering a beautiful dress for your special occasion is an important undertaking! In consideration of its important, we created the Return Policy.

However, kindly please note that our dresses are made to order, once the creation process has begun, the materials cannot be reused. So, it’s important for us to read over our cancellation policy before order. Thank you!

1) Returning For Replacement or Refund:

Upon the arrival of your package,we encourage you to check and make sure that the dress has been made ti your order specifications. Try on your dress as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing the dress. And if the dress is really not the one you want, we can refund you within 3 business days expect custom-made dress, we do not accept custom-made dress refund, but modification for the dress is free

2) Size Problem:

Before delivery the dress, we must check the size and confirm the dress perfect. Just make sure there is no problem for your measurement you gave. And then you should measure the dress to see if it is the size you ordered, but not to measure yourself, for you are may be a little thinner or plump then after you order this dress. Should your dress size differ from the specifications of your order by more than one-two inches, we encourage you to find a local tailor to make adjustments, and we will gladly reimburse you for up to 100% of the produce price in tailoring costs. If you choose this option, please remember to request a receipt from your tailor as a copy of it must be provided when requesting reimbursement.

3) Color Mismatch:

The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on color chart of my shop. Slight color mismatches between the color of your dress and the color shown on screen may not mean that the dress is defective. However, if you are confident that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact Customer Service to see if a return or refund is possible.

4) Return and full refund

Products with quality problem in 3 days (from the date products were received) can be returned and retund.

If you want to return the dresses or accessories,please ship the dress to us and pay the shipping cost from your country to china . We will refund full dress cost except the shipping cost

If you want to exchange the dresses or accessories,please ship the dress to us and pay the shipping cost from your country to china .We will exchange the the products for you.

Quality problem can be defined as obvious quality defects,not following the customization requirement of customer and size deviation from the original size criteria as well as required measurements.
