How to Measure

Shipment:

1.Sending package through China post / Singapore post / Special Line-YW / ePacket / ITELLA. We will choose accordingly shipment for the different countries.

2.If you are urgent,you can choose EMS,UPS,TNT,DHL,FedEx,TOLL.Shipping time EMS 10~15 business days. Other shipments 7~12 Business days. Usually we will choose accordingly shipment for the different countries.

Return & Refund :

1) Size problem :

We will make the shoes size as we confirmed (or as you ordered ) ,if you didn’t measure correctly and provide a wrong size ,it won’t be our fasle and can’t accept return.

2) Color problem :

We will try best to show you real color on picture ,but sometimes we still can’t avoid slight color difference because of light difference when took the shoes photos ,pls kindly accept this reason before you place order ,or else we don’t accept return for this reason ,hope you can understand .

3) Other problem :

All our shoes are made by hand ,they are high qualtiy but still can’t avoid some slight problem like glue smell or little crystal fall (we will send you extra crystal to fix) ,we don’t accept return for these reason ,pls kindly accept this before you place order .

If both of us agree to return the shoes ,we will full refund ,but the shoes must be in good condition and send back in 10 days .Pls feel free to contact us if you meet any problem ,we will be glad to help.
